Atesplore is partnered with a network of participating restaurants. You can see which merchants accept Atesplore vouchers in the app.
If a merchant rejects your voucher, please contact Atesplore customer support with the details at support@atesplore.com. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.
Voucher bundles are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, if you believe there are exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund, please reach out to us at support@atesplore.com. We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis but that does not guarantee a refund.
Vouchers have an expiry date, which is typically 1 year from purchasing and the expiration will be shown on your vouchers tab in the app. Make sure to use them before the expiry to avoid losing value.
There are no restrictions on the main vouchers and bonus deals - as long as the merchant is listed on our app, you can use your main vouchers at the restaurant, and as long as the bonus deals are available on the restaurant’s listing, you can also redeem the bonus deals there. However, although you are able to stack (use multiple) the main vouchers, you will not be able to use the main vouchers and bonus deals together.
Yes, you can use multiple vouchers in a single transaction, but the total value must be within the minimum spending. Each voucher can only be used once.
