What is Atesplore, and how does it work?

Atesplore is a food discovery platform where users can purchase voucher bundles to enjoy savings at participating restaurants. Users buy voucher bundles at a discounted price, receive multiple vouchers, and redeem them at listed restaurants.

How do I purchase a voucher bundle?

Simply browse the available bundles on the Atesplore app, select the one you want, and complete the purchase. Once purchased, your vouchers will be available in your account immediately.

How do I redeem my vouchers at a restaurant?

To redeem, visit a participating restaurant, select the vouchers you want to use in the Atesplore app, generate a QR code, and show it to the merchant for scanning. Once approved, the voucher will be marked as redeemed and deducted from your balance.

What are Bonus Deals on Atesplore?

Bonus Deals are exclusive offers provided by participating restaurants on Atesplore. These deals can include 1-for-1 promotions, discounts (e.g., 10%, 20%, or 50% off) and many more! To access Bonus Deals, you need to purchase a $100 bundle. Each time you buy a $100 bundle, you receive 10 Bonus Deals that you can use at participating restaurants. Bonus deals have no expiry date.

How many Bonus Deals can I use at a restaurant?

At any single restaurant or outlet, you can use a maximum of 4 Bonus Deals. For example, if a restaurant offers both a 1-for-1 deal and a 50% off deal, and you use the 1-for-1 deal once, you will have 9 Bonus Deals remaining, but only 3 more can be used at that restaurant.

Can I combine vouchers with other discounts and promotions?

Vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated by the merchant.

Do vouchers expire?

Yes, vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded, extended, or exchanged.

What happens if I don’t use the full value of a voucher in one transaction?

Each voucher is for one-time use only. If you redeem a voucher but do not use its full value, the remaining amount will be forfeited. Example: If you use a $5 voucher for a $3 purchase, the remaining $2 will not be refunded or carried over.

What should I do if a merchant refuses to accept my voucher?

If a merchant does not accept your voucher, please contact Atesplore customer support at support@atesplore.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Can I get a refund for unused vouchers?

No, all voucher purchases are final, and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make sure to check the list of participating restaurants before purchasing.
